1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION
The Woof World Make Me Laugh Contest is a national fan-voted dog video competition
designed to identify America's funniest dog through public voting.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- Entrants may submit unlimited dogs.
- Each dog requires a separate registration and entry fee.
- Entrants must be the owner or legal guardian of each dog entered.
3. ENTRY FEE
- Entry fee is $15 per dog.
- All entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
- Contest dates will be published on the official website.
- Current recommended contest duration is 45 days.
5. VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
- Original content only.
- Must feature at least one dog.
- Maximum video length: 60 seconds.
- No offensive, illegal or dangerous content.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and platform requirements.
6. VOTING
- Winners are determined by fan voting.
- Registered users may cast one free vote per day.
- Additional votes may be purchased through official vote bundles.
- Vote bundle pricing will be published prior to launch.
7. VOTER REGISTRATION
- Voters must create a Woof World account.
- Voters must verify their email address.
- Voters must agree to applicable terms and policies.
8. VOTE FRAUD
Woof World reserves the right to investigate, audit, remove or adjust votes suspected of:
- Automated voting
- Fake accounts
- Vote farms
- Artificial manipulation
- Technical abuse
- Any activity that compromises contest integrity
9. WINNERS
- The dog receiving the highest number of eligible votes will be declared the Grand Prize
Winner.
- Additional awards may be offered for second place, third place and other categories as
announced.
10. PRIZES
- Grand Prize: $5,000 Cash.
- Additional prizes to be announced.
11. RESCUE CONTRIBUTION
A portion of contest proceeds may be allocated to approved animal rescue organizations.

12. SPONSORS
The contest may feature presenting sponsors, category sponsors and supporting sponsors.
Sponsor participation does not influence voting outcomes.
13. CONTENT LICENSE
Entrants retain ownership of submitted content. By entering, entrants grant Woof World a
perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for marketing,
advertising, publicity, promotional and business purposes.
14. DISQUALIFICATION
Woof World may disqualify any entrant or voter who violates contest rules or engages in
conduct that may compromise contest integrity.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Woof World is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, unauthorized access, lost
submissions or events beyond its reasonable control.
16. FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions regarding eligibility, voting, prize awards and interpretation of these rules are
final and binding.
17. LEGAL REVIEW
These draft rules remain subject to legal review, compliance assessment and revision before
public release.
